Huzzah!
This past weekend was "Fall Break". Arnold came up and we just hung out and had fun for the most part. Sunday we went to the Carolina Renfest with Craig and his family. It was a blast. They had a slightly better jousting group. We saw some new shows. We ate breadbowl soup. We even managed to see a Tortuga Twins Show that was not their "R" rated one (which we had seen like three times already). However, with the particular audience members who participated, it should have been. One of them carried a Tortuga Twin up to the stage and then really hammed it up.After the fest, we went to Bob Evans for dinner. The only bad part of the entire day was the traffic we hit on 85. We sat through 3 miles of traffic for 500 ft of road construction. We got home around 10:00. We picked a bad spot to take pictures. Not only were we blinded, but our lower halves were in shadow, so our costumes aren't even shown off. Oh well. My favorite pic is the last one. I tried to get one of Arnold reapplying his makeup after eating his breadbowl, but I was too slow. So he posed for me, but it looks like he is eating the lipstick. During the break, we also watched Edward Scissorhands (since Arnold had never seen it), went swimming ( it was a bit cold), and watch the movie Arnold got me for my birthday. It was a Johnny Depp movie called Dead Man. NEVER watch this movie. It will bore you to tears, even if it has one or two amusing one-liners.

Sweet! It was lots of fun and you failed to mention the Musician's Pavillion and the Plunder to follow as a result.

Is Arnold coming up for Thanksgiving? It's at my house and should be a BLAST (even in the town of MAN)

If you're getting a lot of spam, there's a setting in the settings area on the comments page that allows you to turn word verification on. That means that if you get spammed, it's by an actual human and not an automated spambot.

I have turned on the word verification thingy. This will cut down on the amount of spam I get. Come on, it's not that hard to look at the squiggly letters and type them in.
