Capstone
You know, when I read "Capstone Design" on the course requirements for my major sophomore year, I actually thought we'd be designing capstones for archways. Anyway, this project was supposed to be the "culmination of 4 years of engineering education" It wasn't. And it was a pain in the ass. Not only because we were doing a stream restoration project and none of our professors had much experience with it, but because of a certain group member who took on a huge part of the project and damned near didn't deliver. I won't go into details.
But it is over. We had our final presentation yesterday and it went much better than expected. YEE-HAW! Yes, I yee-hawed, it was totally appropriate. Now all I have is 3 tests, 3 projects and 3 exams and it is over.

I think that the only downside to the Dread Pirate Cupcake making Charleston her home port is that there's an outside chance that King George might eventually get mad enough to send his Men o' War to blockade the harbor. But it's not like we haven't been through THAT before ....
