Kobolds ate my baby...cake
So we played an RPG called Kolbolds Ate My Baby (KAMB). If you don't know what a Kolbold is, well, it is kinda like a cross between a gremlin and an angry hamster. If you don't know what an RPG is, it stands for Role Playing Game. If you don't know what a role playing game is, look it up. I'm not freakin' Webster.
Anyway, KAMB is what is known as a "Beer and Pretzels" RPG, because it is far less involved than most other RPGs. Because I will use damn near any excuse to make a cake, I baked one for this game...in the shaped of a baby...made of red velvet...for that nice bloody effect...and made it fondant preztels and a little cake and fondant beer stein with marshmallow froth. Yeah, I have issues. But the cake turned out pretty well. It looked great. It tasted a bit dry but still pretty good. I even stole an idea from Wilton Cakes and covered the cake plate in squares of colored fondant to make it look like a baby blanket. I was worried when I put a brunette curly q of hair on its bald little head that the hair looked like a pile of poo, but Arnold assured me that it did not.

In other news, we had some fun on Memorial Day playing mini golf. Greg suggested changing the rules a bit and it turned out to be quite entertaining. The 14th was the "bounce" hole. The 15th was the bowling hole and the 16th was the "pool cue" hole. The golf course was a lot of fun, especially because they had water traps and "sand" traps of rougher terrain.

After the golfing we drove go karts and had some fun in the arcade. We then went back to Greg and Amy's for a delicious Memorial Day dinner Amy had prepared. After that it was Karaoke Revolution. Arnold is pretty good at it. Amy is fantastic. Roger, Greg and I just marvel at how bad we really are. Arnold named his character for the game , which he dressed in a large tiger suit, Mr. Yiffles.

And if you don't know what "Yiffing" is, consider yourself lucky and DO NOT GO TO WIKIPEDIA!
I mean, there aren't any pictures, but that only implies a merciful god.
The Baby Cake Rocks!
