Downhill Stretch

I couldn't decide whether to name this post Downhill Slide or Home Stretch so I just combined them. Most things are made better this way. Unless it is a mircowave and a wet cat or something. Anyway, I just had my last offical class. I have one more lab this afternoon in which I have an exam. Next week I have 2 projects and an exam. However, when I finished my research paper last it marked the "hard part" as done and over with. Yipee! Job prospects are looking up, everything is in order for graduation and I get to see Arnold this weekend. All and all Life is good. Now all I have to worry about is packing.

Capstone

You know, when I read "Capstone Design" on the course requirements for my major sophomore year, I actually thought we'd be designing capstones for archways. Anyway, this project was supposed to be the "culmination of 4 years of engineering education" It wasn't. And it was a pain in the ass. Not only because we were doing a stream restoration project and none of our professors had much experience with it, but because of a certain group member who took on a huge part of the project and damned near didn't deliver. I won't go into details.

But it is over. We had our final presentation yesterday and it went much better than expected. YEE-HAW! Yes, I yee-hawed, it was totally appropriate. Now all I have is 3 tests, 3 projects and 3 exams and it is over.
